Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing an explanation.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
